What is P.O.W.E.R.

P.O.W.E.R. (Positioning Organizations & Women to Excel & Rise) is a program of the WNY Women’s Foundation that helps employers grow bold leaders, strengthen workplace culture, and move toward balanced representation at every level.

How It Works

P.O.W.E.R. is an 18-month process that includes:

  • A customized P.O.W.E.R. Pathway with 30 measurable actions
  • Data tracking at the start, middle, and end to measure progress
  • Quarterly Learning Collaboratives with other WNY employers
  • One-on-one support from the ALL IN team
  • A final review to qualify for the P.O.W.E.R. Seal
