Pathways to Progress is the first region-wide assessment of the status of women and girls in our community. Pathways to Progress establishes a baseline of understanding across the issue of economic security, education, wellness, safety and leadership by reviewing existing data and collecting new insights from hundreds of conversations with women and girls. It is a call to action for the Foundation and our community to create a more vital, sustainable and competitive region.
The report shows the roadblocks, intervention points, best practices, and points of advocacy.
Pathways to Progress was an initiative of the WNY Women's Foundation (formally the WNY Women's Fund), and was developed and produced by the University at Buffalo Regional Institute.
